WHAT: Quick Fitness Solutions (QFS) will provide the aerobic warm-up activities for Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes, the signature fundraising event of the American Diabetes Association (ADA). QFS, which is working toward a goal to raise $1,000 for ADA, also will have a team of walkers in the event.

More than 23 million Americans are living with diabetes, according to ADA, a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin — a hormone that is needed to convert sugar, starches and other food into energy needed for daily life.
